This month represents a double celebration for Alex with the imminent publication of a significant law report of a CICA settlement. This involves a Fatal Accidents Award in excess of £80,000 for 3 children who were orphaned in the most distressing of circumstances. In this matter, Dr Khan was instructed by Bury Metropolitan Borough Council.
